A little bit about me, I am an action sports and adventure photographer and photojournalist based out of Bellingham, WA. I am currently studying photojournalism at Western Washington University. As an avid skier, rock climber and skateboarder, I strive to capture action sports men and women in their element and the lifestyle that comes with it!

At Western I have served as a photographer for Klipsun Magazine, a photographer for The Western Front and as the Photo Editor for The Western Front.  I've been able to cover a variety of things through these jobs including restaurant chefs, musicians, Chicken Parades (yeah... It's a thing and it was awesome), the Red Bull Schlittentag, Student Government, environmental protests  and even the Lynden, WA Trump Rally. I am currently also an officer for the WWU chapter of the National Press Photographer's Association (NPPA) and am an NPPA member.

Locally, I have been able to work with the wonderful Vital Climbing Gym a fair bit. I've been hired to photograph the Vital Blacklight Dyno Competition all three years of its running and it's been a blast!

I would say the thing that I love most about photography is its ability to bring me in contact with so many talented and awesome people. Journalism brings me into so many situations I would not normally be in and pushes me to become a stronger shooter to tell a story through photographs.

Shooting action sports is a privilege only given to me by all of the awesome athletes that I know. Their willingness to get at it and work hard to collaborate and create something amazing is so awesome to be involved in. Shout out to all of you guys! Thank you.

I have to admit that this website is wildy out-of-date. I will be updating it with some of my journalism work in the next couple of weeks.

If you are stoked on my work and have an inquiry please do not hesitate to shoot me an email or give me a call!
